On the afternoon of January 29, 2024, our company held the 2023 paper seminar in the conference room. The purpose of this meeting is to strengthen the internal academic exchanges of the company, improve the academic literacy of technicians, and conduct the final evaluation of the 11 primary papers.

The seminar invited 6 internal and external experts of the company as the review group, after the selection, Comrade Ao Shiyong of the R & D department won the first prize; Comrade Tan Xiaoyang of R&D Department and Comrade Zhang Shuang of Automation Engineering Department won the second prize; Comrade Xie Jianghu and Comrade He Jianjun from Engineering and Technology Department and Comrade Zhang Jinyu from Quality Department won the third prize. The participating articles cover different research directions in the field of connectors, and the expert group has made detailed comments on each participating article, and highly appraised the quality and depth of views of the paper.
The participants also showed great enthusiasm for learning and put forward many valuable suggestions during the discussion. In addition, several experts provided professional guidance and advice to the technicians, which benefited everyone.
Zhang Jun, general manager of the company, said that it will be committed to academic exchanges and internal and external training, providing more opportunities for everyone to learn and grow, and jointly promoting the company's business development.
